Where you purchased matters
Because all sales are completed on Etsy or Gumroad, refunds, cancellations and order issues are handled under that marketplace’s policy – not on this website.
Digital goods
Digital PDF plans are delivered instantly and are generally non-refundable once downloaded, subject to the marketplace’s policy and applicable law.
